Your First Visit

During your first visit here, we are unrushed and take time to explain what we’re doing through your exam and cleaning. We help educate you about any treatment options if they’re relevant, answer all your questions, and empower you to make your own dental health decisions without pressure.

Before you come in for your first appointment, we ask that you come prepared with a few items that will help our team best serve you. It’ll make your visit that much more efficient, comfortable, and easy:

• Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
• Insurance card (for those with dental insurance)
• New patient forms (if filled out ahead of time)
• Any questions, concerns, hopes, and goals to discuss
