Cannot say enough good things about this experience. Front staff and hygienists were all very professional and caring. Brought back to the room in a timely fashion based on appointment time. Dentist Michael Pappas did a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. Office is inviting. Would definitely recommend this practice and dentist to anyone needing dental attention.
Grove City Smiles is wonderful! Paige is so nice and explained everything to me while she was working. The front desk staff was welcoming and the lobby is beautifully designed and clean with updated technology and a coffee station. Rescheduling was easy and they took the time to call my insurance for me to figure out how much everything would cost. I will highly recommend them to anyone!
This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. The staff is so friendly it felt like I’ve known them for years. The office flow is so organized as well. Highly recommend.
The staff is super friendly and my experience was excellent. My hygienist, Michael, was super knowledgeable and showed complete interest in my concerns. He was very thorough with my exam and conveyed everything correctly to Dr. Pappas. Dr. Pappas was just as thorough, genuine and very supportive of my concerns. Both were great and I will be continuing my dental care needs with Grove City Smiles👍👍👍
Dr. Pappas and Michael my hygienist were great. They made me feel comfortable and made my visit a great experience. I definitely recommend them and will not be going anywhere else. My teeth have never looked so good.
Only half way through my bridge process and everything has been wonderful. They gave me back my smile the first day I walked in. Brand new facility with great equipment. The 3D scan was impressive. Definitely got a new family dentist.
The dental hygienist Page was amazing and easy to talk to. They’re very comforting for those who are afraid of the dentist and take extra measures to make sure you are comfortable. Also.. the place is extremely fancy.
I had the best experience at Grove City Smiles, then I have ever had at any other dentist . The staff was so inviting, and pleasant. Everything was explained to me where I could understand too. The atmosphere was very inviting as well. I will be making them the only dentist I go to from now on. Kudos to GCS!!!!
I had my teeth cleaned by Paige and she was AMAZING All of the staff are super friendly and the office is beautiful. It was very down to earth and welcoming. I will definitely always come back!
